DELIVERY TIMES

We use UK Royal Mail or UK ParcelForce to both home and overseas destinations.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order to you within 10 working days unless a shorter time is especially requested and agreed.

Once dispatched, please allow 5 working days for UK orders, 10 days for EU orders and 15+ for rest of the world unless otherwise specified. Should your item not be in stock it will be placed on back order. Please note that if an item ordered is out of stock, the rest of the order will be held until everything is available.

RETURNS

Thornback & Peel will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as Thornback & Peel cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
